Schwarzfahrer will contact you. And he know what for a carburetor you need, because it is dependent on the cylinder you choose and how fast you will be

or

Hello,following things are different:
The chain has more links, carburetor, transmission is 13-51, manifold, exhaust-gas system and the cylinder should have be another controltimes (OUH... what is the engl. word for \"Steuerzeiten\" ?)).
The front gear is locked with a bolt, if you remove this bolt, you can install a bigger gear.Maybe you should buy this one too: http://www.a-k-f.de/shop/produ…rom-KOMPLETT-Set-S51.html

Okay, I will take a look on it. But I\'m without job and money at this moment. So i can first buy the parts after 12-02/07.
Thank you all for helping! I know much more now, than I did for 3 days ago

@all: does no one know here, what the differences between a 40km/h and a 60/km/h engine are? I thought, that the only differences are the transmission, the carburetor, the exhaust-gas system and the cylinder.the whole Ignition system is looked in at a certain rpm. that original electronic ignition incl. flywheel and coils has to come out and get replaced by an older one or tuning stuff. There is some electronic in it that prevents the engine from reving up. You can do whatever you want, it want go over that rpm limit.
The exhaust system including the header has to come off. replace it w/ a S 50 / S 51 exhaust system.
The Cylinder/piston kit the gear ratio and on some models even the carb is the same as on the 60km/h model. the first \"M\"s were only limited by the different exhaust system and gear ratio between tranny and the wheel.Later models had more changes to lock the rpm in, in order to make it more difficult to do what he wants to do.

Okay. Thank you for the fine description!

IMHO this is completly wrong! The S53M has a pvl ignition. This one has no rpm limiting.
The difference between S53 and S53M is diameter carburator, diameter power nozzle, transmission and exhaust system(smaller diameter and length of the curved pipe)! The difference between S51 cylinder (~60kmh) and S53/S53M (yes, both have the same cylinder) are the angle in the exhaust port (S51 further opened) and the outside diameter at feet of the cylinder (S53 cylinder is smaler, you cant use S51 cylinder. Need to adapt crankcase.
