S51 Dichtungssatz Empfehlung

If you expect the highest quality without leaks - cut out the gaskets from certified gasket material yourself. I use Gambit AF-OIL material from Polish production. The engine has no oil leak. In addition, I improved the seal of the clutch lever and the gearbox adjustment nut.
I do not recommend the gasket sets offered by MZA. Green and orange seals are made of paper, which sometimes leaks. Black gaskets are badly cut - screw holes are too large and offset from the holes in the engine. In Poland, identical looking sets are available. According to the seller, they are produced in Poland, but the quality of workmanship is completely unacceptable!
A friend did the renovation of the S83 engine using original DDR parts, including the original DDR gaskets (green 0.60 mm). After the first start, petrol began to fly with oil from the engine crankcase ... For him it was a drama. I proposed the Gambit material. After replacing the gaskets - ideal. This is how it looks:

Jeśli oczekujesz najwyższej jakości bez nieszczelności - wytnij samemu uszczelki z atestowanego materiału na uszczelki. Ja używam materiału Gambit AF-OIL produkcji polskiej. Silnik nie ma żadnego wycieku oleju. Ponadto poprawiłem uszczelnienie dźwigni sprzęgła oraz nakrętki regulacji skrzyni biegów.
Nie polecam zestawów uszczelek oferowanych przez firmę MZA. Zielone i pomarańczowe uszczelki są wykonane z papieru, który z czasem przecieka. Czarne uszczelki są źle wycięte - otwory na śruby są zbyt duże i przesunięte względem otworów w silniku. W Polsce są dostępne identyczne wyglądające zestawy. Według sprzedawcy są produkcji polskiej, ale jakość wykonania jest kompletnie nieakceptowalna!
Kolega wykonywał remont silnika S83 z użyciem oryginalnych części DDR, w tym oryginalnych uszczelek DDR (zielonej 0.60 mm). Po pierwszym uruchomieniu zaczęła lecieć benzyna z olejem spod komory korbowej silnika... Dramat. Zaproponowałem materiał Gambit. Po wymianie uszczelek - ideał. Tak to wygląda:

Die Kugellager sind doch in Ordnung?

Ich würde mich noch nach dem Dichtungspapier bzw. der Dicke davon erkundigen.
Bei Dumcke bekommt man z.B. welche in 0,7mm. Das würde ich bevorzugen.

Die Dichtungen sind die schwarzen leicht gummihaptischen. Die sind meidt 0,5 dick und vollkommen ok.

Die Lager sind die billigsten die Simsonhändker anbieten, aber bitte macht nur.

Bei der Kurbelwelle frag mal den Händler was daran verstärkt ist und ob nicht vst. bei Mza als vollständig übersetzt wird anstatt verstärkt.

Ich würde nur das kaufen was man wirklich braucht und damit sparen.
