    My name is Anton. I live in Russia ;) Sorry, but i can't speak German, so i speak english. I've got s50 engine ( what's the differences between s50 3 gears and s50 4 gears?). I want to put it on another russian moped. But this engine is without cylinder, piston and ignition, but in a good condition. When i was looking for the spareparts, i found that there are a lot of "tuning" parts... too many for me ;( But i don't want to pay money for an offul thing. So i need your advise. But firstly i'd like to say what i need :rolleyes: : i need 7-8 h.p. and the max speed to beat non-tuned scooters :thumbup: . And a good lifetime.That's all =))


    Could you help me to buy good spareparts: cylinder, piston, piston ring(s), piston pin, exhaust, carburator, airfilter and ignition(also i need the urls of the sites) and may be crankshaft?


    I saw "SPUTNIk" cylinders, are they worth buying? Or is their smth better?


    One more thing, i need s50 manual to repear my engine.

    Well, the most of the users here won´t help you. Because we want to helb simsondrivers, and save our vehicles. So we don´t want that a simson engine is in another motorcycle.

    Are you sure,you have a s50 engine,or s51?There is no s50 engine with 4 gears!Also is there not many tuning-parts for this engine!only the s63 cylinder!but an original s50 engine is also able to beat non tuned scooters!you say you speek not german!I think that there is no user manual in english!but you can search by google!for spareparts you can look in those many online shops as "mopedstore.de"!i hope that my english is not that bad.

    Sputnik is a type for S51, particulary for the enine numbers M541. You have M53 so it won't fit.


    What you need is a cylindre called S63 oder S78. Just this types are made for your kind of engine.
    This is a good producer http://langtuning.de/shop/zylinderkits/s63.htm you can also contact this people, they understand english.
    Difficult to find are S78, because the substructure of the engine can't handle the torque und usually defects are the result. Because of this not many tuner selling this type.

    Werksexperimente sind doch irrelevant... oder glaubst Du das unser Threadersteller per Zufall so eine bekommen hat?
    Als offizielle Modelle zum Verkauf sind alle mit 3Gang ausgestattet.
    4Gang ist bisher nur ein angebauter S51 Motor.


    Bücher und Simsonseiten verneinen oder erwähnen nicht einen eigenen 4GangMotor der S50 daher ist es ein Gerücht bis Du uns was vorlegen kannst.


    Dann lasse ich mich auch gerne belehren... :a_bowing:


    Ansonsten stellt sich doch die Frage welche Deutsche Bock auf Versand nach Russland haben oder machen daher sehe ich dem Ersatzteilmarkt gelassen entgegen. Wenn der neue Portoscheiss (ab Oktober) bei Ebay losgeht dann werden die meisten doch eh nur noch national machen oder willst Du als Grundpreis gleich das maximalste versicherte Porto einstellen ohne einen Cent an Wertberechnung für den Gegenstand?
    Damit wird Ebay dermassen auf die Schnauze schliddern.... aber macht nichts... da sie schon unten liegen muessen sie nicht gross wieder aufstehen...:lol: :lol:

  • Thank you for helping me. You see, in russia Simson is really rear moped. I was looking for the engine for about half a year. Russian engines are offul: 2 h.p. 2 gears, max speed 40 and lifetime 8000km :puke: Simson engine muchmuch more better for every day use.

    Now i can't show you fotos of my engine but it is s50, i'm sure: left shaft seal is near crankshaft.

  • Okay Fozzie, ich geb mich erstmal geschlagen, ich kenns auch nur vom Hörensagen von Leuten, denen ich das glauben kann. Konkrete Beweise hab ich aber nicht.


    Back to topic:
    Don't buy different parts with the motto :this looks good. It's not the best way to get power.
    And don't take AKF parts because there are no complete recommandations for the setup like carburettors, ignition, exhaust etc. That's not tuning, that's just selling.


    Take the cylindre from my link, it has a guaranteed power of 6HP, you get all nozzles for the original carburettor to use this and you can modifiy your exhaust with standard tools. What do you want more ?
    And if you want a better ignition, take the Vape. This ignition is approved with Simson tuning.


    With this, you can also use the original crankshaft. These are perfect for light tuning.

    Ich geb dir gleich ich hab keine ahnung :k_schimpf:
    ich weis sehr wohl das viel getunt wird....an simsons sag ich da auch nix gegen....aber wenn jemand die teile in alle herren Länder verstreut und sonst wo reinbaut.
    Dann bricht mir das Herz ;)


    Beweis dich erstmal bevor du dich hier aufbläst und sinnlose Posts reinballerst.
