OK, curious... i have nothing found in the part catalog of the S53. But my suggestion is, that you can take the same transmission like the S51. So your front gear must have 15 teeth and the rear gear 34 teeth. These are standart parts from a S51 an easy to get.
But bevor you buy parts wait of the opinion of the other users here.

How much teeth have the both gears from your simson?

Yesterday did i bought alot of spare parts for the moped. Now am i just waiting to get them.

Can you tell me how I can get the topspeed around 45 - 50 km/h?

I forgot to tell, that i got sandblast the chassis and coloured it black. I only need to repir some small details.
