@all: does no one know here, what the differences between a 40km/h and a 60/km/h engine are? I thought, that the only differences are the transmission, the carburetor, the exhaust-gas system and the cylinder.
the whole Ignition system is looked in at a certain rpm. that original electronic ignition incl. flywheel and coils has to come out and get replaced by an older one or tuning stuff. There is some electronic in it that prevents the engine from reving up. You can do whatever you want, it want go over that rpm limit.
The exhaust system including the header has to come off. replace it w/ a S 50 / S 51 exhaust system.
The Cylinder/piston kit the gear ratio and on some models even the carb is the same as on the 60km/h model. the first \"M\"s were only limited by the different exhaust system and gear ratio between tranny and the wheel.
Later models had more changes to lock the rpm in, in order to make it more difficult to do what he wants to do.
