unfortunately you will not be able to use any xenon lamps on a Simson without a complete conversion of the electrical system.
First problem:
As the seller states \"THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE HID CONVERSION KIT, THIS AUCTION IS FOR XENON BULBS ONLY\"
Xenon lamps are high voltage dischage lamps, similar to neon light. They need a control unit, often referred to as \"ballast\", which converts the on board 12V to the high voltage the HID lamp requires.
Second problem:
You would need to convert the whole electrical system of your bike to (somewhat stable!) 12 V DC(!) (Even the VAPE only has an AC system for the headlamp while its DC circuit only supplies about 35W max.) and get a complete HID conversion kit.
The 12V DC conversion is a lot of effort I would consider as way too much.

just go for normal h4 bulbs. they provide enough light, it really makes a huge difference to the stock lights.
xenon is way to expensive for the little amount of light that you get more in comparison to the h4 bulbs...so just take the h4 and save yourself a lot of money and work.
oh, by the way: installing xenon on a simson is illegal, too.

The H4 bulbs are 60/55watt. Would my ignition be able to deliver that much power? I use this:

No it wouldn\'t. This ignition wil only deliver 42W...
For 60/55W you will need somthing like that:

Just one last question. What does this means?:

Cause it will be okay for me, only to drive with the \"short light\" ( what is it called? ). I have found some H4 35W halogen bulbs. So if the \"short light\", is for the H4 bulbs, it would be perfect.

-\"Fernscheinwerfer (mit H4-Einsatz und Standlicht)\" = High Beam Headlamp with H4 socket and park light.
IMHO the H4 lamps usually have 2 filaments for both high and low beam in one bulb, while H7 lamps only have one. So with H4 you should be good to go in any case.
