So, ich stelle mal eben meinen Schriftwechsel mit dem schwedischen Transportministerium hier rein:
Zitat von "Ich"Alles anzeigenDear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am planning to do a trip to the North Cape with my Simson moped (Made in GDR, 50cm³ and 60 km/h) in the next year. On my favourite route, I have to drive through your country. So I want to ask you, if I am allowed to drive this moped in Sweden with my driving license (class B in Germany, that means passenger cars and mopeds with 50cm³ and 45 km/h). In Germany, there is an exception for this Simson mopeds licensed in the German Democratic Republic, so I am allowed to drive them. You can look up this exception in the link bellow under point 2.(21)
Free translation: 'Mopeds and bicycles with auxiliary machine licensed in the right of the GDR are similar to mopeds after § 18 Abs. 2 Nr. 4 (that means 50cm³ and 45 km/h) if they had been licensed before the 28.02.1992.' (My moped had been licensed in 1986).
I would be happy, if I get an answer from you (positive or negative)

Yours sincerely,
Nils xxxxx

Tack för din fråga med ärendenummer TSMS 2012/7.
Fråga: VB: Simson mopeds in Sweden
Svar: If the moped have a national approval in Germany, and are approved for driving on German roads, with a class B driverslicense by a German citicen, you are allowed to drive the moped in Sweden as a tourist.
So, if you have a national exception for this kind of GDR manufactured moped´s in Germany, Sweden will have to accept this exception.
Welcome, and enjoy your moped ride in Sweden.
